  1. Personal data collected 

Personal data constitutes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This includes sensitive data, the processing of which requires the express consent of the data subject, namely : 

    • data on religious, ideological, political or trade union-related views or activities;
    • data on health, intimate sphere or racial/ethnic origin;
    • genetic data ;
    • biometric data uniquely identifying a natural person;
    • data on criminal and administrative proceedings or sanctions; or
    • data on social security measures.

Information pertaining to the utilization, search queries, and browsing activities; user navigation history; analytical data and metrics for usage and diagnostics, encompassing our services, internal networks, and devices utilized by employees, contractors, and visitors accessing the website.

Location

Region, country, state and geolocation data.

Photos, videos and audio

Photos, audio or video recordings.

Profiles that encompass an individual’s preferences, traits, psychological inclinations, predispositions, attitudes, behaviour, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

  1. How is your data collected?

We may collect your personal information in various ways:

    • When you engage with us directly, for example, by registering for our services, completing forms, reaching out to us, applying for a job, or being employed by us.
    • When personal information is provided by you or others through actions such as uploading, sharing, sending, or inputting via our services or networks, or through communication with us.
    • When you engage with us indirectly, such as utilizing our services, attending our offices or events, accessing emails or viewing advertisements from us, or when communication takes place between you and us, we may gather certain information. Some of this information may be collected automatically using cookies and similar technologies.
    • When personal information about you is gathered from external sources, including our business partners like data brokers and advertising partners, or when information is shared by your affiliated organizations, state bodies that disclose public records, and other sources that are publicly accessible or generally available, which may also include online websites.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. :

    • To fulfil our contractual obligations.

    • To process and deliver your order and carry out payment transactions.
    • For any purpose with your consent or to follow your instructions.

    • The contract or in order to take pre-contractual measures.
    • Your consent and instructions.
    • Legitimate interests (e.g., customer database, marketing, technical management).

  1. Transmission of personal data to third parties

To conclude or execute a contract and provide you with our services, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to partners with whom we collaborate. Before doing so, we ensure that these partners comply with the legal requirements for the protection of personal data.

Your personal data is processed and stored mainly in Switzerland

Where your data is processed outside Switzerland or the EEA, we will check before disclosing your personal data that :

–          the recipient provides an adequate level of protection for your personal data;
–          we have your explicit consent; 
–          we have a legal basis for doing so; or
–          we are legally obliged to do so.

To verify the adequacy of the level of protection of your personal data offered by the recipient, we rely for example on:

–          the use of standard EU contractual clauses or the standard contract of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the performance of our contractual and legal obligations, and for the purposes for which the data is processed. For example, we retain your personal data for the duration of our commercial relationship (from preparation to termination of the contract), and beyond this period, in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. 

We may also retain your personal data for a period during which claims may be made against us, or if required to do so by law or for legitimate business interests (for example, for evidential or documentation purposes).

  1. Profiling and automated individual decision-making

No profiling is carried out with your personal data. 
Your personal data is not used to make automated decisions.

We have implemented technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We ensure that our data processors comply with the rules on the protection of personal data.
As Internet transmissions are never completely secure, we cannot, despite our best efforts, guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us via our website. You therefore transmit information at your own risk. You may, of course, transmit your information by other means (e.g. in person, by telephone).

Our site is not intended for children. If we become aware or discover that personal data of a child under the age of 18 has been improperly collected, we will take all reasonable steps to delete such data.

Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation message at the e-mail address you have provided. To confirm your registration, you will need to click on the confirmation link included in the message.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe from this list” link at the end of each e-mail or by contacting us directly at movingforward@alexandralefort.ch Please note that it may take a few days to process your request. 

We respect your privacy and will not share your e-mail address with third parties.
