2. Personal data collected 

Personal data constitutes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This includes sensitive data, the processing of which requires the express consent of the data subject, namely :

   • data on health, intimate sphere or racial/ethnic origin;
   • genetic data ;
   • biometric data uniquely identifying a natural person;
   • data on criminal and administrative proceedings or sanctions; or
   • data on social security measures.

We may collect your personal information in various ways:

1. • When you engage with us directly, for example, by registering for our services, completing forms, reaching out to us, applying for a job, or being employed by us.
   • When personal information is provided by you or others through actions such as uploading, sharing, sending, or inputting via our services or networks, or through communication with us.
   • When you engage with us indirectly, such as utilizing our services, attending our offices or events, accessing emails or viewing advertisements from us, or when communication takes place between you and us, we may gather certain information.    • When personal information about you is gathered from external sources, including our business partners like data brokers and advertising partners, or when information is shared by your affiliated organizations, state bodies that disclose public records, and other sources that are publicly accessible or generally available, which may also include online websites.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. :

   • To process and deliver your order and carry out payment transactions.
   • For any purpose with your consent or to follow your instructions.

The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal bases, depending on its purpose:

1. • The contract or in order to take pre-contractual measures.

   • Legitimate interests (e.g., customer database, marketing, technical management).
   • The applicable national or foreign laws.  

6. Transmission of personal data to third parties

To conclude or execute a contract and provide you with our services, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to partners with whom we collaborate. Before doing so, we ensure that these partners comply with the legal requirements for the protection of personal data.

We may also pass on data to third parties if we are obliged to do so by law or by an enforceable administrative or judicial decision.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties outside Switzerland and the EEA

Your personal data is processed and stored mainly in Switzerland

Where your data is processed outside Switzerland or the EEA, we will check before disclosing your personal data that :

–          we have your explicit consent; 
–          we have a legal basis for doing so; or
–          we are legally obliged to do so.

To verify the adequacy of the level of protection of your personal data offered by the recipient, we rely for example on:

–          the use of standard EU contractual clauses or the standard contract of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

8. Storage and preservation period

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the performance of our contractual and legal obligations, and for the purposes for which the data is processed. For example, we retain your personal data for the duration of our commercial relationship (from preparation to termination of the contract), and beyond this period, in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. 

We may also retain your personal data for a period during which claims may be made against us, or if required to do so by law or for legitimate business interests (for example, for evidential or documentation purposes).

9. Profiling and automated individual decision-making

No profiling is carried out with your personal data. 
Your personal data is not used to make automated decisions. 

10. Data security

We have implemented technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We ensure that our data processors comply with the rules on the protection of personal data.
As Internet transmissions are never completely secure, we cannot, despite our best efforts, guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us via our website. You therefore transmit information at your own risk. You may, of course, transmit your information by other means (e.g. in person, by telephone).

11. Data relating to children

Our site is not intended for children. If we become aware or discover that personal data of a child under the age of 18 has been improperly collected, we will take all reasonable steps to delete such data.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

The data collected by Google Analytics is not used to identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised and are not stored with the data collected. We have also activated the “IP anonymisation” function in Google Analytics to ensure that your IP address is anonymised before it is transmitted to Google.

5. e)Google Maps 

We use Google Maps to display maps on our website. The use of Google Maps involves the transfer of data such as your IP address and your geographical location to Google.

The data collected by Google Maps is not used to identify you personally.

6. f)Google reCaptcha

We use Google reCaptcha to protect our website against spam and automated attacks. Google reCaptcha uses cookies and collects data such as mouse movements and clicks to check whether you are a human user or a robot.

The data collected by Google reCaptcha is not used to identify you personally.

13. Social media plugins

Social media plugins are tools that allow users of our website to share content on social networking platforms Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Social media plugins are easily identifiable on our website by their respective logos.

When you use these plugins, the corresponding social networks may collect data about you, such as your IP address, the pages you have visited on our website and the interactions you have had with the plugins.

It is important to note that if you are logged into your social network account when using the plugin, the data collected may be used to identify you personally. The data may also be used for advertising or profiling purposes, in accordance with the privacy policies of the social networks.

14. E-mail communications and newsletters for advertising purposes

To guarantee the security of your data, we use the two-step confirmation procedure, also known as “double opt-in”. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation message at the e-mail address you have provided. To confirm your registration, you will need to click on the confirmation link included in the message.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe from this list” link at the end of each e-mail or by contacting us directly at movingforward@alexandralefort.ch Please note that it may take a few days to process your request. 

We respect your privacy and will not share your e-mail address with third parties.

You have the right to

   • restrict or object to the processing of your personal data
   • to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future and insofar as the processing is based on consent
   • obtain a copy of your personal data (right to data portability).

If you have any concerns about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, we encourage you to contact us at movingforward@alexandralefort.ch  so that we can try to resolve your concerns.

However, if you are not satisfied with our response or if you consider that we are processing your personal data inappropriately or illegally, you have the right to take your case to the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Moving Forward reserves the right to amend this privacy statement at any time, without giving reasons, to comply with legal requirements or to protect the interests of the company.
